Relief of stress & migraines…
Stress. It’s part of life and for some more than others. It comes in all shapes and sizes and effects everyone differently. But what is universal for everyone is that it is a time robber that can reck havoc on the body, mind and soul.
I being a migraine suffer…stress for me is like the devil and I try to avoid it at all costs! But, in reality it is part of my life like everyone else. It is a definite challenge to manage it, control it and keep it under control to not allow it to physically and emotionally drain me.
Sadly, stress tends to affect me with migraines, in which mine are very debilitating and draining. They sometimes can last for days, if I cannot catch them quick enough or if the stress is too high.
I am a huge fan of anything cooling for my head to relieve stress & migraines; with bringing me tranquility, calmness and peace. I tend to love cool vs heat…but I am always open to trying anything to dissolve stress! I am a huge fan of putting self-care as a priority!

Once I received my order, I immediately fell in love with their product!
From opening the neatly put together package with their beautiful detailed directions…I was obsessed with their Linen Eye Pillow! The linen is high quality and the feeling of heaven on the skin! I chose the lavendar & flax filled eye pillow, in which they also have unscented. I also chose the color of sage, in which they also have other colors available.
I am very sensitive to smells and was so delighted to take in the natural, light smell of the lavendar and flax. Some companies add perfumes, additives, etc. and create an overwhelming amount of unnatural smells that only intensify a migraine.
The best feature of this product is that it can be used at room temperature, heated or cooled! I have mainly used mine at room temperature. I tend to have ice on my head with a migraine and utilize the Linen Eye Pillow for my eyes to relax and breathe in the relaxing scent!
I cannot recommend this product enough! If you enjoy self-care, relief of stress and unwinding your day with some much needed destressing for yourself…than this is a must have in your life!
