Always a team player and eager to share her expertise, Kourtney frequently presented training sessions to our concierge teams on household organizing, event planning/support, holiday decorating, and more.  She so embodied our company mission of service beyond expectations that we chose her to be a mentor/liaison for our new hire concierges. Kourtney developed a curriculum on customer service and has trained dozens of new hires. 

I'm so excited that Kourtney has chosen to share her amazing passion and talents on a broader level. She went out of her way to formulate a plan of action for the next day, coordinated via email/text and did NOT call me during office hours so that I could focus on my work. She also showed good presence of mind and handled the work deftly without involving additional hand holding from me.

She is perhaps a role model for the 7 Star quality of service that people can only wish to provide. All in all, I was very satisfied with her and am a customer for life.

Two Places at 1 has been so helpful for me and my family. Kourtney has always gone above and beyond in helping us save time and money. It really is not just about the convenience of having a service that does just that but it is the quality of the job she provides. If I need an item at the store and it is not available she will find another solution. If she notices the service I am provided whether it is at a grocery store, post office, etc. is poor she will advocate for me.
